Superspeed is a unique preparation to gain speed and carry.


A method used by players like Phil Mickelson, Ian Poulter, Martin Kaymer, and over 600 pro players worldwide.


Specific work on club head speed, because speed translates directly into distance.

ABOUT

Two months of physical preparation, from March to May, in a small group including:

  • 2 months access to the NEAT fitness at Golf de Preisch
  • 2 months of access to the fitness and spa at the Légère hotel in Münsbach (sauna, hammam, etc.)
  • 6 one-hour sessions on Saturday morning at 8:30 a.m.
  • 6 one-hour sessions on Monday evening at 7:00 p.m.

The rest of the week, you can consult the to train on your own, at home, in the office, or in one of the rooms at your disposal.

The group sessions will take place in the ideal setting of the large NEAT Fitness room within the Preisch Golf Course

limited number of places!

First session on Monday March 16, 12 participants maximum in total, and two times:

Monday evening at 7 p.m.

Saturday morning at 8:30 a.m.

Exceptional price: €150 all inclusive.

Only level condition: not to be a beginner in both disciplines at the same time (golf and fitness).
