New for Spring 2020: Superspeed!

Superspeed is a unique training technique to gain speed and carry.

Players like Phil Mickelson, Ian Poulter, Martin Kaymer, and more than 600 pros players all over the world are using this method.

A focus on club head speed, because speed translates directly into distance.

Calendrier

NEAT Performance

2 months of physical preparation in a small group, from March to April, including:

  • 2-month access to the NEAT fitness room at the Golf de Preisch
  • 2-month access to the Hôtel Légère fitness and spa in Münsbach (sauna, hammam, etc.)
  • 6 1h sessions on Saturday mornings at 8:30 a.m.
  • 6 1h sessions on Monday evenings at 7 p.m.

The rest of the week, follow the programme to train on your own, whether at home, at work, or in one of the fitness rooms at your disposal.

An ideal setting

The group sessions will take place in an ideal setting: the large NEAT Fitness room at the Golf de Preisch.

Relaxation included

Rest is an important asset in your preparation, so do take advantage of the access to the Spa of the Légère Hotel in Munsbach: sauna, hammam, etc.

First session on Monday 16 March, a maximum of 12 participants in all, and two time slots:

  • Monday evenings at 7 p.m.
  • Saturday mornings at 8:30 a.m.

Exceptional fee: 150 € all included.

Only level requirement: not being a beginner in both fields (golf and fitness).
